As difficult as it is to face the reality that Aunty Philo is no longer with us, we accept God’s will for her and for us. God allowed her to bless us with her presence, warmth, kindness and unending smile. The greatest legacy she left us with is to be kind and be the difference to the least amongst us. May she rests comfortably with God the father who has called her back to himself. The world is poorer without her. Our lives are empty without her presence but we know her spirit lives on and shines on her family. May God grant peace and comfort to her family - Dr. Yumkella’ and their daughter, Binta. May God console the Nicholas family and all of us who mourn her passing. She will be forever missed. I am grateful for all the time my family and I shared with her. I remember fondly all the travels we undertook together. Thank you Aunty Philo. I will miss our dancing competition.
