Peter Landers

January 6, 1961 - January 1, 2021

Peter (Jim) Landers was sadly taken from us on 01/01/2021. Peter was a doting son to Jean and Matthew, a loving and dependable father, father in-law, brother and uncle to Chris, Mike, Rachel, Susan, Natalie and Stephanie and a loyal colleague and friend to so many. In these unusual times we would love for this page to be somewhere we can all share memories of Peter and allow him to carry on bringing joy to people as he so loved to do during his life.

I had a lot of involvement with Peter during my time as MD of Car supermarket Motorhouse 2000 Ltd and Peter was with Capital Bank / HBOS. We kept in touch after this time as we both moved on to other careers on the motor retail / finance sectors. Peter was great company, extremely knowledgeable in the sector and notably always calm in pressure situations. He also had a quick wit and great sense of humour. It was a shock to hear of his passing and i know that he will be missed by everyone whose lives he touched. These are sad times for Peters 2 sons and extended family, but in amongst that sadness it is always worth being thankful for the time that you had with Peter and the memories that you will cherish. The number of people posting on this site tell you how much he was thought of. With best regards Ian Allen.
