Peter was always calm, thoughtful and pragmatic, qualities which made him a true leader and a great source of inspiration. Although I hadn't known Peter that long, I was always able to have an open and honest conversation with him, which would inevitably lead to him sharing a relevant story of some description which would always have a funny twist! Several team members have mentioned that Peter would always find time to stop, chat and listen to colleagues at all levels within the business, which demonstrates what a genuine and kind man he was. It is a desperate shame that Peter has been taken before his time and my thoughts and prayers go out to Peter's family at this tragic time.
