I knew Paul since starting with PiC in 2015. Paul supported me during my Position as Director of Nursing At St John’s and Burston house in Diss. Nothing was ever to much bother, he had time for everyone and the added bonus was that Paul always brought his dog with him. This was a delight to our patients. Paul stayed late to help prepare staff for CQC inspections and managed to communicate a level of understanding regards quality and standard to all staff at all levels. I had the pleasure of working with Paul again at Nelson house in Gosport and more recently at Wellesley in Somerset. We used to chat on LinkedIn anout all sorts. Paul will be greatly missed by myself and his colleagues. Such a lovely man who gave his “all” RIP Paul and condolences to his friends and family
