I heard of Trish's death while relaxing in Cyprus. The news brought sadness to my heart. Trish was such a courageous person, always pushing herself to the limit with great generosity. Her departure is indeed too early. It must be so hard for Michael and Fergal, to whom she showed so much love. Indeed, she radiated an empathetic and engaged love to so many people. I remember the emergence of Iomlanú in the years before I went to Tanzania. She was such an inspiration at that crucial time, and I appreciated her attention to the detail necessary to make things work! But not only that, her commitment to all those around her and to making the world a better place was palpable. May Trish rest in peace, and may her memory bring comfort to Michael, Fergal and her family and friends.

Hi Mike, Fergal and family, so very sorry to hear the sad news of Trish's passing. As you know we recently lost Dad and Jane, we were comforted by the numerous messages sent x cards we received telling of fond memories. So in return our fond memories of Trish were of your visits to Inverness and other family events, like Helen x Andy's wedding. Trish was always warm and welcoming, always at the heart of things, keen to get the latest news, busying herself, helping cook, serve x clean up, even at our house, but that of course was very was welcome especially with so many people to look after. I also remember that she loved a singsong too, and a great evening was had one night in Inverness, with guitars. This photo is from a dance at my 50th in 2019
