Dad...Dad...Dad WOW. This is such a hard pill to swallow, my chest hurts dad, I'm broken hearted totally broken hearted. It was only in November and December we were dropping foot to Otis Reading. Dad I have so many memories of us, from when I was baby and you used to watch Tottenham, I used to sit on your lap with my dummy in my mouth and I used to sniff your shirt and rub your face and when they scored a goal you throw me up in the air. When I became a diabetic when I was 10 years old and I had a strict diet the night before you went to work you would squeeze me fresh orange juice, Corn flakes, before you went to work, you would knock on my bedroom door and tell me that you had done it for me. You had many sayings one I will echo what Carol said and that was "there is no such word as can't" and you know what Dad you were right, hence the reason why I always have and will continue to reach for the stars. You are the pillar of the McDermott Family, you are the real deal, a real Dad. Since you have passed I have sat in your music chair playing all the Otis Reading songs that you brought us up on. Your sprit lives on in all of us Dad fe real. Until we meet again RIP My King xxx
