Having worked with Neil for over 11 years, we had our ups and downs, although they were mainly ups. He was there for me in work and in my personal life, he saw me through a few difficult chapters in my life, always there giving me support. Neil didn't need to be there for me but he was, that was the kind of person he was. Not only was Neil a great Boss, he was a very good friend.
