I am still in utter shock that Neil has passed away.
He really was the nicest, warmest most patient person you could meet.
I have worked with him for the past 3 years and could not fault his leadership skills and work ethics.
He will be missed beyond belief and I cannot at this time imagine our department without him .
His banter was second to none. I really feel honoured to have known him.
I can only imagine how his beloved family and friends are coping, they are all in my thoughts x
