My deepest condolences to Mike's family. Mike was an inspirational leader and a fantastic work colleague. As Covid struck the world and the company, Mike was the first person to reach out and offer his help, and he rolled his sleeves up and supported us all significantly in addition to his day job. Not only was he laser focused on his work, and really good at it, he was also a thoroughly nice human being who always made the time to ask how you were and how your family were. He was always positive and enthisiastic, and would literally lift the mood of a room when he walked in. It was a privilege to know Mike and have him as a workmate.
