It has been a pleasure having met Michael and moving along with him for 11 years at Pall. I enjoyed the conversations we had together, the inspiration, calibration and motivation he brought to me and I'll keep him in great memory, not only for his impact from a professional career perspective but also related to his personal character that he showed to me when he shared great fun and smile but also warmth and understanding when there was a challenge around.
