I'll never forget when Michael and Tina were visiting in January 2020, and they were looking for recommendations for something to do at the weekend before their flight. I invited them to our annual Burns Supper - a great annual event that my friends and I put on each year, which is a tribute to the great poet Robert Burns. We have ceremonial bagpipes, we toas the haggis, feast, and all take turns reading poetry. Michael came with his tartan scarf, socialized with everyone, and was a great sport in attempting a Scottish accent while reading a verse of Tam O'Shanter. I found one picture where he was in the background! Thanks Michael for being such a great sport, it was fun to reminisce on that memory in the years after!
