He was such a hardworking, lovable and amazing person. My favourite thing about Mark was his humour and wit and willingness to go the extra mile always. What set mark apart is that he wasn't just a manager but a father figure also and would give the most genuine and valuable advice - whether it was work or personal issues.
It still doesn't even feel real and he will be hugely missed. My condolences and prayers to his wife. He would speak so highly of her all the time and it gave me encouragement for true love..
