Mark welcomed me into his team in September, although I didn't know him for long he had an amazing impact. He trained me during COVID which was hard enough and still made me feel so comfortable and welcome. He was never to busy to help me understand something. He was so patient, kind and happy. I will miss him greatly. Thank you for everything Mark.

Mark was both a friend and colleague to many people at Ocado. His compassion and willingness to see the best in others will be sorely missed, together with his great humour and generosity.
