Mark always came across so welcoming and approachable. He would always say good morning every day. When I worked in recruitment, I sat by the door to the kitchen and he used to walk past me multiple times a day with a mug in hand to get a top up of tea. He would always ask how my day was going. He always had genuine interest in what I had to say and took the time to listen. I had the opportunity to work directly with him when I was in recruitment. I really enjoyed collaborating with him and found him very calming. When I moved into a secondment in the L&D team, he was so happy for me and always made an effort to ask how it was progressing. He was very kind, genuine and calm. He always had time for people and he will be missed.
