I met Mark at a team meeting; he was introducing himself to the team and we had a once-around introducing ourselves back. The next time we met I was shocked that he remembered my name, and the names of the other members of the team too; but in reality it was just his nature of being kind and caring. I remember wanting to say 'Hi' at the 2019 Christmas Party and staying talking to him for so long that the people I was with that night thought I had disappeared, but it was always a great conversation with him and he was so easy to get along with. Mark will be sorely missed, my condolences to his family, friends,team and everyone who knew him.
