Mark was in the first team that I worked in and was someone who always checked in on how I was getting on with my placements around the graduate scheme. I worked with him when I was in GPS at the start of my graduate scheme, with him training me on all things Service Delivery, in which he was an expert with a vast array of knowledge! Then we worked together whilst I was in the Service Delivery HR team, where he would support me with any queries and help me through them. He was someone who would always say "good morning" when he walked past or have a chat with you if he saw you in the corridor and dedicate his time to try and help where he could. He was a lovely man and will be missed by all!
