I never had the opportunity to work directly with Mark and he sat across the office floor, however, he was someone who always wished me "good morning" on the way in or "good evening" on the way out, someone who would always strike a conversation whilst making a tea or walking down to the diner and was just a warm and friendly face to everyone. On the occasions where some of our work did cross over, he also went out his way to come up to the desk to say a thank you personally - which speaks volumes to the kind of person he was.
