When I was told by Belinda, Mark had died I was obviously completely shocked but was surprised how upset I was! What a true gentleman he was and so professional. Several years ago I had a tenant that stopped paying the rent, Mark was straight over to my flat and sorted it out for me. A true gent and really lovely guy.
