Despite joining CS during lockdown, Marcus had an infectious personality which shone through even in the virtual world. He always had a smile on his face and was just a message/call away whenever you needed him. Marcus would always take an interest in what you were doing in and out of work and there was always a lot of laughter when we chatted. He particularly enjoyed when my box of lockdown doughnuts arrived during a work call. Marcus was always the number one supporter of our service and he was really bringing his vision to light.
