Manish... a great friend.. great soul.. great buddy.. A lively person who will bring smiles on the face of all around him He had a great positive aura which we will miss.. He was omnipresent and will still remain .. in our hearts I am missing you Manish...
Bayer days, Astar days, lunch time whenever spent time with Manish I have enjoyed the discussions. Outspoken person does not keep anything in mind. Enjoyed fun at work a lot. Short of words though to express all feelings as of now.
Manish joined Capgemini in 2004 for Baxter project – his first assignment in my team. He was really very energetic, flexible and always smiling. He was responsible team member and never required any follow up on the responsibilities assigned to him. He was active in team building activities. He was always keen to learn new technology and skills which helped him to progress within organisation. I have evidenced his entire journey and progress in Capgemini. Feeling very sad due to his sudden demise.
Dressed up in Traditionay attire and he ramp walked like a pro :)

Met Manish for the first time in Bayer. He was handling a team of 13 freshers then that was transitioned to me. . He was a very joy loving, helpful and definitely a cool manager too. The team had very high respect for him. I was looking forward to work with him in AHEAD as well since I knew what kinda person he was.. Unfortunately could not get much to work with him in AHEAD. May his soul rest in peace and i am sure he would always carry his charming smile to convince everyone up there... Will surely miss you Manish..
