Having worked closely with Malcolm over the past 16 years, he was always very professional, calm and caring, no matter how busy he was. Yes his jokes were terrible but he brought a smile to your day! He has taught me so much during my time at SELECT which I’ll always be thankful for. Thoughts with Arlene and the family at this terrible time.
