I will always remember Malcolm as the cheery and happy person that he was, as well as for his wise comments, support and assistance to me with all manner of technical questions that were considered by Panel B when I started work on the technical staff at the IEE, and subsequently during the long period of his representing SELECT and involvement with the IEE, IET and the Wiring Regulations. I am saddened at his passing and my sympathy and best wishes to his family.
