This is such sad news. I remember when Lesley joined WCH and did call listening with me in the Customer Services Team. I thought she was lovely, kind and very positive. I remember her telling me she was a Carpenter and I was so impressed and thought wow a female Carpenter that's brilliant! She was always so helpful, responded quickly to emails and was definitely loved by everyone. Always made time for people and said hello. Was lovely seeing her at the Staff conference at the BRE. Will miss you so much. My sincere condolences to all the family. Remember your mum's lovely memories to get you through xx
