Dear Kojo, my 4 years living in London wouldn’t have been possible without you.
You taught me not only ITOCHU Europe’s IT system but also European and African cultures.
We spent a lot of time.
We went on business trip many times.
We went to Italy, Germany, Turkey, South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria and Ghana, and talked a lot.
When we went to Ghana and Nigeria, you taught me about the food culture in western Africa.
And I understood why you liked fish food very much.
And I understood that’s why when we were on a business trip to Milan, you liked the lunch box with salmon flakes on the white rice, and ate it every day:)
You are a real gentleman and I’ve never seen you got upset.
You are polite to anyone, and people whom you meet with for the first time, they would always admire you for being sensible and kind, and how hardworking you are.
Kojo, as I told you before, I heard the origin of your first name from a colleague in Accra.
“Kojo” is an old Ghanaian word meaning "boy born on Monday".
I am truly grateful to have been able to work with you.
Thank you very much Kojo, thank you very much a gentleman who was born on Monday in Ghana.
You have added a colour to my life in London and made it very meaningful.
Thank you very much……
