I was shocked and saddened to hear the news about Kevin. I have known him for well over 10 years, dating back to the time when we both worked in the Government Office for the North-East. Although I didn’t work directly with Kevin we regularly had good chats by the tea point and photocopy machine about the fortunes of the Toon and life in Alnwick. He was a lovely person. The eulogy at his funeral was a fitting tribute to someone who enriched the lives of the many people with whom he had contact. Kevin will be a big miss in the Newcastle office. Rest In Peace.
