We welcomed Julia as a new ZOLL colleague a little bit more than 3 years ago. Julia impressed us immediately with her kindness and professional attitude. Under the challenging circumstances of being confronted with a life threatening disease, Julia impressed each and everybody with her courage, humor, strength and fight to survive. She had the strong hope that science could save her. It was incredible how positive and kind she always was. Julia was a unique and amazing lady. We will never forget her.

    Julia, from the first encounter you have never ceased to impress me. Always kind, always a smile, always something nice to say and always positive. You were such a pleasure to work with and such an inspiration to all of us for many reason, not least because of your incredible spirit during your fight. i will miss you very much, we will always remember you.

    Julia is beautiful. Inside and out. I have never met a person with her strength of mind, positivity and will to live. Her life, although very short, has been full of life. Her energy, her optimism, her beautiful smile...were in everything she did, from work to everyday relationships. A super professional at work, a great friend. Dear Julia, you will always be with us. What you left in us will remain as your mark, and the life lessons you taught us will help us to move forward. A big hug to the sky
