Dearest J, I have known you since I joined back in Apr2020 and like you said, good to have a female in the Team! Its been an amazing journey; hearing your voice, sharing your enthusiasm, being lefties, drooling over your cakes (albeit virtually!), designing slides for GIN. Last we spoke; you were "super positive" and I was praying for your surgery. I was in touch and praying fervently for you - all of us, even prayed on Monday evening in our Coffee Connect, it was shocking to hear the news at midnight (Pakistan time) and even now, find it hard to believe you are gone - my heart goes out to your 3 kiddos. Lots of prayers for you and your family. May Allah bless you with an amazing house in paradise and may Allah bless them with strength to move on and take comfort that you are now pain free and in a better place. Ameen. Love always; Semeen

Although we worked together for the same region for last 2 years we really started working on global inclusion and interviews for SA in the past 6 months. When my dad was unwell, you gave me support and encouraged me by your words. You are a strong lady yourself and always made others strong too... When you were diagnosed with tumour you took it so positively and you named the tumour as DORY... you took it so sportingly that i was surprised too... We last spoke on 9th Oct when you were going to go for the operation on 10thj Oct. you had promised me that you will be back in action within a month. you didnt keep your promise... Missing you a lot... just hope you are safe and sound wherever you are... Lots of Luv, Nilesh Mahadik, India.

My Darling crazy Juanita! You've been always positively unbelievably unpredictable from the 1st day of our friendship. I was your hand to come to our JLL family, you've been my Angel in the country on another side of the world away from my family. I was envy that not our region got such a brightly shining star with open eyes and hart, absolutely convincing smile and strength mixed with confidence in everything you did and said. It was a huge honor for me to be a first tutor for you at JLL, welcoming you in JHB GO on your 1st day in the company. When I was leaving JHB GO I told that you are the person who makes the difference between was, now and will be. You've done it! I've opened a bottle of pink wine you've presented to me when I was leaving. I still cannot believe and think about the reason to open this bottle. My hart and thoughts are with you and your family! I miss you, my astonishing Friend!
