Josepine Mwikali Mbandi, is the mother of Callistus Kiilu Mwongela and the daughter of Dr. James P.K. Mbandi and Hon. Mary M. Mbandi. She is the sister to Fiona Mbandi, Silvester Mbandi, Antony Mbandi and Andriannah Mbandi. Sister-in-law to Wanjiku Mate and Betty Musyoki. She is the loving aunty to Lawrence Muimi, Allan Francis Mbandi, Eleanor Mukina, Arthur Mbandi and Abigail Mukina. At the point of her demise, she was engaged with Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology in research and innovation work that led her to travel Germany to present her findings. Enroute to Germany, she collapsed and passed on at Schipol International Airport while receiving medical attention. She is our heart and we will miss her. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
