His passion for riding was unmatched, but perhaps more notable was his kindness to everyone fortunate enough to have crossed paths with. And he gave this gift of friendship to other riders for so long. / John was involved in an fatal accident August 11th, at approximately 2am, while riding his motorcycle.     Back when I started riding in the street last season, I reached out to a couple FB groups I had just recently joined to ride with someone. John Lee was the first and only person to reach out. We met and ride, along with a few others, to the first Primetime bike night of the year where I met the people I now still ride with the following year. You will be missed John. Even though you were probably the biggest a-hole on FB we all new it came from a good place and a good guy with a heart of gold. RIP John, I wish I knew you better but I’m grateful for the time we had.

I only met john a handful of times but I have to say, within the first 2 minutes of talking to him you could tell he was genuinely great hearted and loved this community on 2s! He was funny and very knowledgeable about many things. He hit the DMV area with passion and left a name for himself that will be remembered for many years in the community!
