I have known Jim since he started at SLC in the FE team and I was working in release management. Since then I have worked with Jim in many different ways and was for a time Jim's manager. Jim was a very smart guy and I always admired how he always managed to remain calm, objective, and with good humour during the many crises that we have faced at SLC.
