Jim was such a great guy to work with - as many will probably know, he had a knack of coming up with an analogy for everything! I was lucky enough to work closely with him for over a year and his dedication to learning new things was second only to his dedication to his family. He brought a lot of laughter and light-heartedness during our time on Assess Platform and had the ability to put someone at ease. My heartfelt condolences to Aileen and Emma and all of Jim's friends & family.
