Jim, you will be missed here a lot. We've been practically working together since the inception of this team and I cannot thank you enough for all your patience, for your knowledge and your support along these years. Also want to thank you for all the good times we had together pairing, trying to understand the craziness of the code and working against all the odds to complete an story or a project in time. Thank you for the jokes and the infinite number of analogies you could come up with (this man had an analogy for everything!). I could go on and on and thank you for an infinite number of things but won't have enough space here. Jim you are a good colleague and a very good friend and you will always be in my heart
