Jenny and I started working at Rennie Grove at the same time in early 2013. Jenny was a most likeable, kind and able Chief Executive, described by senior staff as tough but fair. Not only that, she was a people person and knew all her staff by their first names. Jenny developed our senior management team into a cohesive unit and enhanced their skills. By doing so, under her leadership Rennie Grover prospered both in seeing more patients and their families year on year, but increasing our charitable income as well. When Jenny retired in 2018 she had left us in a far better place. She will be greatly missed. It is so sad that she and Luiz, her husband, were only partially able to enjoy their plans for a busy, travelling retirement.
