My favorite memories of Jasia are of us having fun. She was the best for silly giggles, for dancing, for laughing, and, of course, for deep conversations. Three memories of our times together stand out, and all three involve our bodies in motion. First we spent a wonderful afternoon walking around the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir and the circular Guggenheim museum in NYC. I felt like we could just keep talking forever as we moved in endless circles. Second, I’ll never forget going out dancing in London! The third memory is of us trying to get into an exclusive club in Berlin and completely failing. Something about the pressure and nerves to “be cool" lead to a counterattacked of silly giggles (who did we think we were!) and instead of having a wild night, we ran away from the club laughing, and we ended up drinking crappy cocktails at a tropical themed bar. It was such a privilege to have known her.
