If there was a dictionary definition of the ultimate teacher, there would simply be a photo of Mr Hudson; kind, patient, inspiring, encouraging, positive, cheeky with an awesome sense of humour and always generous with his time. From the moment our daughter was lucky enough to be taught by Mr Hudson, the sentence starter “Mr Hudson says…” echoed around our house. Our daughter has blossomed beyond measure under his care as have so many young people over the years. Mr Hudson had a magical way of instilling confidence and belief in the children he taught. He just had the golden touch. We feel eternally grateful to have had our lives graced by such an amazing man. We know that our daughter will channel her “Inner Hudson” for many years to come and I doubt we will ever read another piece of text without looking for Mr Hudson’s “Rule of Three”!
Thank you Mr Hudson - the impact you have made is immeasurable, sleep tight and keep smiling. We are thinking of and sending much love to James’ family, friends and colleagues at this very sad time. He is simply irreplaceable x
