IB, you lived and fulfilled one of humanity's core mandate to perfection - genuine service with generosity! There is no denying the fact that you were known by all and sundry with these traits, one you discharged creditablely till you were called for higher duties. Every time we bumped into each other at Rotary events and other functions, we will reiterate the need for us to collaborate on some ideas for the benefit of mankind, end the discourse with smiles and hope to firm it up at another time. Unfortunately, we never got the opportunity to execute even one of them.
I was sorrowful and shed a tear because I won't get to see a beloved friend as Ibrahim but remain joyful because the mark he left will be engraved on stone with a gold casing.
Life at its best is vanity! Rest peacefully in God's bosom IB!
