My heart is heavy. Here is a loss, irreplaceable, invaluable. The memories are fresh and strong. They are beautiful and painful at the same time. A void gapping without a fill in sight. Henrietta, a friend like no other, a colleague and ally. All for her first and last love, the passion of women’s football. Committed to the cause with such uncommon passion and dedication. peacemaker, bridge builder, a gallant soldier of the game. An advocate of women’s football, a true reformer, one of a kind. A gentle soul with brilliance and knowledge beyond compare. A historian of how it all began. From dust we came, to dust we return. Death, the price of mankind. Takes away from us those we love, leaves us with moments to cherish in the comfort of the Spirit of the One who gives life and takes it again. Life is a journey, the begining is the end. Sleep well Ogonma. Rest, Henrietta. To Him alone we give thanks, to Him who died first and defeated death in resurrection so that we might have life eternal we glorify. Rest in His bosom until we see again in the fulfillment of His promise. May you find the Angels waiting for you at Heaven’s beautiful gate. Adieu. Aisha
