May 17 Pack Rat day is the day to take a little time off and dig into closets, garages, and other storage spaces with one mission: to declutter. Hoarding can sometimes go under the radar as daily living makes it difficult to notice how many things we accumulate. Hana helped family members with organizing their space in an effort to help them function better. Hana encouraged me to do the same. When the kids were young I would donate items on a quarterly basis. As they grew older I got out of this habit. I love you Hana. I miss the way you encouraged me to do better. I wish you were still here so I have a reason to not be a pack rat.
