We will remember HRH Prince Philip for his dedication to our Queen, Country and the Commonwealth. We admired him for being his own man; a tough, flinty role-model for aspiring leaders; and never distracted by fad, fashion or wokey notions. Prince Philip well understood the connections between Royal privilege and duty. His legacies, especially the Duke of Edinburgh Awards Scheme, will benefit generations to come.
