My heartfelt condolences to Graham's family. I recruited Graham into the RICS as Associate Director Residential, and he and I spent many hours together as he discussed his passion for rugby and surveying and his plans to modernise and update RICS in the residential sector. He was always warm, humorous, and very supportive to all of us as colleagues and he became a valued friend and colleague, one who you could trust.
I remember going to an RICS conference where he spoke, and he won over the whole audience of hundreds of people, no easy task. The surveying profession has benefited hugely by his passion and determination to succeed.
And of course, he was always at the social events, and a great friend to us all.
We will miss you Graham.
