Good Afternoon,
There have been many times since my Grade 10 English class at PA with "Ms. MacLellan" that I have thought of her with fondness for her kindness and her humour. I mostly remember her laugh and the encouraging attitude that she brought to her students. One assignment stands out. She had us work on an interpretation of our favourite recording artist and to analyze the lyrics in a preferred song from that artist. I can still see the classroom and how the students were really engaged. She helped us understand English in an entirely different way that made sense to us. She was a teacher who made a tremendous impression on me which has lasted fondly these many decades later.
Please accept my condolences for your loss but know the impact that Ms. MacLellan had on her students.
