He was more than a worker at the US Embassy in Nairobi; he was an ardent member of the staff at the Embassy and a crucible of hope for those who ever visited the American Reference Centre. George would occasionally go out of his way to mentor people about life outside work besides making things work where there seems to be no alternative. I take this chance to condole with the family and pray that God's love will overshadow the family at this trying moment.
