I will miss Ganpat Bade Papa a lot. He was someone who I truly admired for his warmth, love, affection, large heartedness and intelligence. I will always remember the time when Bade Papa visited Bombay. He used to make it a point to come home in every trip of his even if it was for 15 minutes. Every time he came home, he got us chocolates, perfumes, cheese, ties and many other amazing things. We always looked forward to having him home. He always had a keen interest in what I was doing and I especially remember his motivational talks. Ganpat Bade Papa was someone who I really looked up to and who inspired me. I really hope I can become even one-third the man you were Bade Papa. Your learnings and values will always remain with me. Your legacy will live on forever. May his soul rest in peace.
