It is with shock and great sadness that I heard of the untimely passing of Francois.
François had such a friendly personality and never shied away to help others (including myself) with fixing problems that we encountered within the GHI.
I also immensely enjoyed our more recent discussions about his visions on scientific outreach.
Francois was a truly gentle person with a big heart and we will all keep him in our best memories.
I wish his family all the strength needed during this difficult time.
