As a clinician who has worked with Ette, I can say categorically that she is efficiency and effectiveness personified, an achiever who hardly makes noise about it. Ette was a team player, she got the best out of the people she worked with and that was evidenced by her very commendable success with the CCG AKI/CKD project and the Care home project.
