I'm still speechless at this very sad event. I had the privilege of knowing Dr Ibrahim in PPFN prior to his rise as Executive Director of our great organization. It is unbelievable that the soft spoken, humble, peaceful and highly resourceful personality has passed on.
His leadership qualities were examplary. Here was a man, though at the helm of affairs, never allowed his position define his relationship with his staff. He was very accommodating, supporting everyone to do their best towards fulfilling the goals and vision of the organization in delivering quality services to millions of Nigerians.
Dr Ibrahim's contributions to public health services and policy in Nigeria were immesurable.
Indeed, PPFN and the entire SRH community have lost a rare gem.
He will be greatly missed.
Adieu, great Leader and mentor!
