Dom you will be missed very much. You were a very respectful young man with your whole life ahead of you. If I were ever having a bad day and you popped along to my desk, just hearing your voice would instantly put a smile on my face. I admired that you were never afraid to challenge or question something that you didn't believe in. I'll miss our chats. RIP Mr Zukauskas x

When I had one first one-to-one with Dom I asked him why he referred to everyone by Mr, Mrs, Miss etc rather than use their first names. His response was: "Well Mr. Duff, I am still in the early stages of my career whereas people like you have much more experience and deserve to be shown the respect that recognises your status and experience. I only hope that one day I will earn this same level of respect". Well, Mr. Zukauskas, our paths may have only crossed briefly but trust me when I say I had nothing but respect for you and looked upon your honesty and candor with awe. Bright light truly burn hot and fast. Rest in peace, my friend.
