When I had one first one-to-one with Dom I asked him why he referred to everyone by Mr, Mrs, Miss etc rather than use their first names. His response was: "Well Mr. Duff, I am still in the early stages of my career whereas people like you have much more experience and deserve to be shown the respect that recognises your status and experience. I only hope that one day I will earn this same level of respect". Well, Mr. Zukauskas, our paths may have only crossed briefly but trust me when I say I had nothing but respect for you and looked upon your honesty and candor with awe. Bright light truly burn hot and fast. Rest in peace, my friend.

Friendly, generous, occasionally mad. Dom was an extremely kind young man who just tried to do the best for everyone without seeking any credit. We need more like him. And of course the infamous "Call me Nick, Yes, Mr Thrustle". Dom we will miss you.
