My condolences to the Cooper family. I am so happy to have been part of Uncle Derrick’s life. He was such a great story teller, right to the end of he long and wonderful life. We’re it not for Uncle Derrick and Aunty Joan’s adventurous spirit, we would not have built such wonderful lives here in Canada. I am truly grateful to you and all that you have done for, and been to, me. I will miss you and hope that some of your adventurous spirit lives on in me so that I might have such stories to tell at the end of mine.
