Denise Van Dyke - our friend and coworker at the Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments for 26 years - passed away Monday afternoon in a tragic accident. Denise was a wonderful person, very kind and good hearted, had a infectious laugh and great sense of humor and could always be counted on. We are tremendously saddened by her passing.
